Liquor Assistant Store Manager – Cellarbrations

We are on the lookout for an experienced leader to join our liquor team!

Our business is growing so we need enthusiastic and experienced people who have worked in the liquor industry to share their knowledge through coaching /developing, inspiring our team members.

Your skills should include:

• To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and your team
• To promote great in store merchandising standards for our customers
• Excellent communication skills to promote our vast range of local products.
• To be responsible for the store’s inventory from ordering to promotions.
• Rostering to suit the needs of our customers and business.
• Be accredited with a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and RP badge.

Dairy / Duty Manager – Balhannah

Duties for Dairy/Duty Manager 

• Stock control and ordering
•  Optimal product supply and working with local suppliers.
• Commercial acumen to ensure key metrics are achieved and service levels maintained.
• Provide consistent and fair leadership.
• Development of your team through coaching and mentoring
• People management

Requirements for the roles:

• A passion for retail
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong knowledge of WH&S requirements
• Strong knowledge of Food, Health and Hygiene

Highly desirable for the role:

• Knowledge of EMC and Ordering
